Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Wrong, Damaged, Missing or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong product, damaged product, missing item, or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For such claims, please provide:

• 
  A clear and continuous unboxing video.
  

• 
  Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  

• 
  Your order number.
  

After reviewing the submitted evidence, if the claim is approved, we will provide an exchange, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

2. Important

If a claim is submitted without an unboxing video, we may not be able to verify the condition of the parcel and product at the time of delivery. Therefore, we may be unable to approve the return, refund, or exchange request without sufficient evidence.

3. Time Limit

Wrong, damaged, missing, or defective product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, return, or exchange.
